All final amounts paid online will have a 3% processing fee but not applicable for your deposit. Please let us know if you will NOT be paying online so we can remove this fee from your invoice. You can mail a check or pay cash upon completion. All payments are due at the time of completion unless you have spoken to one of our teammates regarding mailing a check.
