Price is based on 2 hours and includes material. Most Docks, Patio's and Decks should not take more than 2 hours to wash although upon our free inspection you will be advised if you are in need of additional time due to condition or size. Does not include Windows, Roofs, Patios, Inner gutters or furniture.
